We accept Visa, Master and American Express from US and Canada. We accept
prepayment by wire transfer from other countries.
Shipping & Handling, Tax
We are currently shipping only to locations within the United States and Canada. The
shipping & handling charges will calculated online and are based on UPS rates
according to your selection (UPS Ground, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air or
3 Day Select, UPS Standard to Canada). We reserve the right to choose a different
carrier provided that the transit time is same or better than UPS. Items in stock will be
sent out same day, if the order is received before 2pm ET. Sales tax is added for
customers in NJ. Our warehouse is located in Central New Jersey. Please select your
shipping option according to your location if you need rush delivery.
Warranty
Bluetooth and LED Modules
There is no refund for Bluetooth Adapters, or LED modules, or cable assemblies which
have been opened or returned after 30 days. Bluetooth Adapters and LED modules will be replaced if the units are deemed defective.
Bar code Scanners and Magnetic stripe products
Bar code Scanners and Magnetic stripe products include a 30 day money back warranty.
If you are not happy for any reason,you may return the product to us for a refund or
replacement. If you need to return a product, please call ZBA, Inc. for an RMA number at
908-359-2070. Products must be returned in the original packaging. Because every
returned product must be tested, a minimum $3.00 fee will be charged per item. A
restocking fee will be deducted from the refund if the merchandise, documentation or
packing material has been damaged or is not resellable as new. Freight charges are
not refundable.
CCD scanner products have a 2 year limited warranty, all other products 1 year.
