This special edition of CodeXML Router software was designed to work with Code Corporation’s Code Reader 2.0 connected via Bluetooth adapter, USB cable, or Serial cable. The Code Corporation developed CodeXML Router - Bluetooth Edition (BE) to alleviate common problems associated with integrating Bluetooth technology. In addition, CodeXML Router BE can route data from the CR2 to any applicaton with minimal custom configuration. CodeXML Router BE is available for Windows and Pocket PC.

Reliable Data Transfer CodeXML Router - BE automatically monitors each radio communication to ensure that data is not lost inadvertently, even if the CR2 is taken out of range or loses radio communication. Easy Application Interfacing Code Router provides three ways to easily connect the CR2 to your application. 1) Keystroke Applications - The CodeXML Router re-directs incoming data as keystrokes and sends it to any Windows based application that accepts keystroke data (e.g. Notepad, Microsoft Excel...). 2) Serial Port Applications - CodeXML Router software routes data from a virtual port (e.g. Bluetooth Adapter on Com 10) to a Com port supported by your application (e.g. Com 2). 3) CodeXML Client Applications - The CodeXML Router links to any CodeXML enabled application. This is the easiest path to connectnew applications to data aquisition hardware. Supported languages are C++, Active X, and Java. Send Commands Directly to CR2 Send setup and command data directly to the CR2 from your application using Windows messaging or CodeXML Client Library.
